Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
½ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter (optional)
Instructions:
Warm cream until steaming.
Pour over chocolate + butter.
Stir smooth and let cool slightly.
Pour over mousse layer.
5) Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries
Melt chocolate.
Dip whole strawberries.
Place on parchment and chill until set.
Place on top of cake.
