1. Make the peanut butter cheesecake filling
Beat cream cheese + peanut butter + butter until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Mix until thick and creamy.
2. Add extras (optional)
Stir in mini chocolate chips / chopped peanuts / cookie crumbs.
3. Shape the balls
Chill the mixture for 15–20 minutes (easier to handle).
Scoop and roll into balls.
4. Coat in chocolate
Melt chocolate in microwave 20–30 sec at a time or using double-boiler.
Dip balls into chocolate.
Place on parchment paper.
5. Chill & serve
Refrigerate 30 minutes or freeze 10–15 minutes until set.
